Yo Doo Doo, happy hear about your life.
You may not remember that once upon a time, I was a R&R piano player (part time with Johnny Preston and BJ Richardson) and singer. Then, I switched to progressive jazz and played/sang at a private club (before I was 18, which wouldn't happen today). Then, in college, I bought a 0021NY Martin and switched to folk music. Since then, I have written a few songs, but music is not a big part of my life like it used to be.
You stayed with it...from 3 years old on...VERY interesting.
Great to see your pictures along the way. Almost like being there with you.
It is really emotional for me to think about your/our musical heritage. I always tell people, the music we grew up with/around was COMPLETELY different than the music around the rest of the country and the world.
Best regards, Jerry
